Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best quality of service for all of our guests, if your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations, please call at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. Rooms cancelled less than seven
days will be charged for two nights. Same-day cancellations will be charged for three nights.

Hurricane Guarantee
Like most Caribbean islands, Antigua does have a hurricane season. We cannot guarantee that a hurricane will
not disrupt your vacation at Tranquility Bay Antigua. However, we can guarantee that we will do everything in
our power to make your vacation experience a positive one.

We are a hotel dedicated to helping families relax together and have a wonderful stay. Should a hurricane hit Antigua or disrupt air service to the island we promise to treat you like family. We will work with you to move
travel dates or issue credit vouchers for a return visit.
